I haven't tried their meals or pastries, but the drinks are good! The place is quiet and relaxing to stay in, and the price point is reasonable.

Comfort cafe food. Good, fast, and responsive service. I've eaten twice here already, 10+ pax each time and still great service overall. Haven't tried the samgyup place on the 1st floor yet. Maybe next time.

Cafe Natalia, nestled in General Capinpin, Balanga, Bataan, is a culinary gem. Their menu is a delightful blend of familiar favorites and exciting new dishes. We were particularly impressed by the diverse salad selection; the roasted sesame salad was a standout, so flavorful we'll definitely be ordering it again on our next visit. Beyond salads, they offer an extensive all-day breakfast menu featuring Filipino staples like tocino, tapa, bangus, longganisa, and spam with eggs. For lunch or dinner, indulge in Filipino comfort food classics such as lechon kawali, breaded pork chop, sisig, baby back ribs, and smothered chicken. And that's not all! Cafe Natalia boasts a wide variety of chicken dishes, pasta, sandwiches, and a refreshing selection of beverages including espresso, latte, and milk tea. This place is highly recommended!

Price wise its above average. Food serving is big, food taste is okay. Ambiance is good very aesthetic. Staff were very accommodating. The view is overlooking to the roadside view of Capitol Drive Balanga. If I would come back, why not? Maybe yes.

A great restaurant in balanga. Located in Capitol Drive San Jose near other food establishments and other stores. Also near to one of the schools in balanga tdel. Has a great parking space and also in between of plaza of balanga and public market. Has a range food in both beverages, rice meals and others like desserts with a touch of class.

It was just an accident that we found this place. I am surprised that this cafe doesn’t just focused on the aesthetic side but they are also serious about their food. The menu mostly ranges from 250-390 pesos. The serving was generous and the taste of the food was a chef’s kiss I’ll rate it an 8/10. Didn’t disappoint. Definitely coming back here with our family. My only concern was the smoke from the korean bbq on the ground floor and the coffee was just so-so (for me) as for the other beverages, I haven’t tried it yet but it looks good. Tried ordering their hot americano. We just transferred to our fav coffee shop after dining here.
